Dear Train company. . . It's a pleasure communicate with you all. I'm Mrs. Flavia Carrillo Truyenque and i wish you and amazing week. The reason for my letter it's because I have bought train tickets for traveling and enjoying many different parts of Europe and what better with a comfortable and relaxing company of transportation as everybody has recommended me their services. On the other hand, it's important to me to have everything bought while I enjoy without thinking about the tickets of the next country. Since i had taken my first train from Lisboa to Madrid I was having some problems. Workers of the train company told me that i didn't have space for my baggage. Although I had bought baggage tickets. Also I had to buy the same baggage again unless I could take the train to the next station. The reason why i'm writing this letter it's because i would need that someone help me how i could to do for giving me the money back that i had paid for my first trip from Lisboa to Madrid, it will be the helpest.
