Hello Sabina, How are you? I hope you are in good health. Sorry I haven't been in touch such a long time. But unfortunately, I was at hospital last week. I had a tonsillectomy. It is a surgical procedure to remove the tonsils. As a result of frequent tonsillitis I had to remove my tonsils. I often had a sore throat. Last year I had at least seven cases of tonsillitis. Also I had other symptoms include fever, trouble swallowing and swollen glands around my neck. My tonsils often were covered in a whitish or yellow coating. Due to that, the doctor suggested removing my tonsils. But don't worry. Because I feel better now. I must drink plenty of fluids and eat soft and cool food roghly two weeks. And I should avoid hard and spicy food. I rest at home now Please write me back as soon as possible. As I am boried alone at home. Could you tell me if something similar has ever happened to you?
