A friend of yours is coming to stay at your house for a week while you are away on holiday. They have not stayed at your house before. Write a letter to your friend so that you can prepare them for their stay. In your letter: Remind him/her about your holiday dates Tell him/her what tasks need to be done in your house Explain what he/she can do during the day in your town

Hi Sam, It's been a very long time. Hope you're doing well. I got a call from Andy that you're visiting my town for a meeting and you would require a place of stay. He also told me that you are going to stay for a week after your meeting for recreation. Recently, I got to know that our office is closing for two weeks for a maintenance work and we can take off from work during that time. So, some of my office friends have planned for a holiday trip during this period. Hence, I will not be available in the town from 27th Feb to 15th March. You can just stay at my home during your visit as it coincides with my holiday period. I just want you to take care of few things during your stay at my home. Please water the plants at the balcony twice daily in the morning and evening. But you don't need to water the plants kept in the living room. You can use my kitchen if you're going to cook your own food. Just be careful while you're using microwave oven as it sometimes faulty. I would suggest you to use the gas instead of oven to avoid any accidents. Just ensure that you don't keep the television's volume too high, otherwise the old lady at the next door would be complaining too much. Also, don't forget close the windows when you go out to as it's usually rainy during this period of time.
