Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing to complain about the air conditioner which I recently bought from your store. On the 5th of June I visited one of your local shop in order to buy an air conditioner for my home. Looking around the shop I encountered expected item and I asked a sales assistant about it. After getting all necessary information I decided to purchase it. Three days later things started to go wrong. When I used the conditioner for the first time it worked properly and cooled the room very quickly. However, after two days when I turned the air conditioner on it started to blow hot air. I tried to adjust the air degree but the remote control did not work either. I would like you to replace the air conditioner with well functioning one. I expect to receive the same type of unit and brand. Otherwise, unfortunately I will be forced to report this Customer Service Association responsible for this problem. I look forward to receiving a reply. Yours faithfully, Ben Hopkins
