Dear Mr. Jarvis, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the product which was purchased last month. I bought a new printer from your company on 15 February. First of all, it was delivered after two days, when I tried to check it I heard strange noise. I emailed to your service centre immediately. But they were able to come and check it only in a day. Unfortunately they had to replace the product. In spite of this, I recieved printer from you today, I found it does not print coloured paper at all. I am very disappointed with your service. And I would be grateful if you could send me a full refund for the printer. Yours sincerely, Shakhlo Mirzaeva
