Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to complain about a record which I recently purchased from your shop. Last week, I ordered two records for my Christmas party via your website. Your description claimed that this product was the best choice and it was certainly worth its cost. However, when I checked it at home, it had some unexpected problems. A record has a noisy surface. At first, I thought this issue was caused by my player, but that noisy surface did not disappear when I tried on my laptop. In addition, I attempted to play the record again. However, it has only 32 minutes total playing time instead of 50 minutes, as your staff said. Therefore, I was extremely disappointed. I enclose the record with a copy of my receipt and would be grateful if you could send me either a new one or my money back at your earliest convenience. I look forward to hearing from you.
