Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction about the blender machine bought from your shop 3 days back. The blender machine was faulty and i called your shop so as to replace the appliance or refund the money.
In the shop premises, The blender machine piece was working fine, but when i started using for the first time at home it started making so much noise.
As soon as i noticed, i called your shop to register the complaint. One of your representatives answered the call and he assured me that the technician will visit the house and after inspection we can decide on replacement or refund.
It has been week, neither i have got any call nor any of your people have visited me. it would be great if you can refund my money or else i would be left with an option of moving to consumer forum if no action is taken.
Looking forward for the prompt action.
