Dear Jim, I hope you are doing well; I am writing this letter to thank you for agreeing to look after my house and pet while I'm gone for a holiday, i also want to tell you about some details, instructions and duties that you have to look after while I am away. Firstly, I would not be there to greet you at home because by the time you arrive, i will already be at airport so if you have any difficulty you can contact me on my cell number, however i will on roaming so i won't be able to respond at the moment. Secondly, give food to the dog two times a day; he goes on evening walk every day and keep the dog inside the house all day because he gets scared, if locked outside and might run away. Lastly, you just have to keep the house mess free, switch off all the lights of the house when you go to sleep and the plants in backyard needs water every once a week.
