Dear Mr. James, I am your tenant from 356, mountain hills road on John street in Melbourne. I met a couple of times since I have taken rented at your property in 2018 when I moved here from Italy. I have lived in a dwelling apartment of your property, and I have stayed for approximately five years now. I got some issue on your tenant because I have paid for proper rent amount for every month. I have found out the dining table poor condition. The artistic dining table has found legs broke and other table defects. The dining table is an issue inside the table with ten small holes and two big holes, but my family has to sit to the meals on the floor instead. We have also added meals on the floor. I suggest you can repair that dining table and other furniture. I do not pay extra money for replacement furniture or repair. I know that not much amount, not expenditure the dining furniture.
