Dear Sir, I am Harsh Shah, who spent the last weekend at your hotel in room number 345. Needless to say, that your hotel is the best in town and it actually lived upto its name when I was there. The staff and the food were the best that I have seen so far. However, I am writing this letter to inform you that while checking out, I left my office bag behind in my room. The bag is an American Tourister office laptop bag which is brown in color. It has a zipper on the top and two small pockets on the front. The bag has my initials HS written on the sides with black ink. The bag is containing 2 files, a small diary and one pen. This bag is really important for me as it contains the details of the busines visit that I conducted in your city. My meeting was scheduled to end at 6 PM and i was about to catch the flight at 11. However, due to some unforseen circumstances, the meeting extended and ended at 9. As I was getting very late for the flight, I hurriedly packaed my stuff and rushed to the airport.
