Dear Sir, I am writing this letter to inform you that I will not be able to continue with the current part-time employment with your esteemed organization. My name is Ian Bell with Employee card: 7967A and working as a part-time Junior Estimator. I have completed my Master’s degree from United Kingdom. As, I am gold medalist of the University I have been offered a temporary visa to stay in London for one month and to pursue for full time employment in their University. Additionally, the confidence instilled on me by the management to handle complex projects gave me immense exposure to understand the concepts of estimation. Moreover, this extensive knowledge during my employment also helped me to complete assignments which were appraised by several Professors of the university. Furthermore, the work culture within the team aided me during difficult times. Therefore, I request you to consider all the above-mentioned situation and urge you to release me in one month from my ongoing job responsibilities. In addition to it, I can also extend the notice period for another two weeks for smooth transition. I thank you for your consideration. Yours faithfully, Ian Bell
