Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this letter to convey my sincere apologies, have recently rented a Maruthi car from your XOXO car rentals store on 25th June at 8: 00 pm. I was started from my house to Mumbai airport to receive my friend who is returned from USA, In middle of the journey suddenly one huge lowry slightly hit the car from back side. Although I manged to stop the car aside, tiny damages as a scratches appeared on the right side of the vachiel and huge damage to the front bamper. Engine, lights and glasses all are extremly fine and working perfectly. However, I am out of that place and reached home safe with the car. Once again my apologies for the damage happened. Let me know the further consequencies either to repair it and handover to you or pay the respective money. I would more than happy to do any other way. Looking forward to hearing from you.
