Dear Sir or Madam, On March 29, 2021 I purchased a washing machine from your magazine. A few weeks ago, I found that, the washing machine was not washing clothes very well, such as some bright clothes were not pure. Also, a technician of your company made an effort to fix it but failed and I demanded you to change it for a new one. Now, I am sure that I have to ask you to change it again. Haven look at both sides all right, however, it entangles the clothes so seriously that sometimes it automatically begins to spin the water out, this technology would often shake and stop by itself. Even though, you have not mentioned this defect, have you told the user how to tackle the problem. I am quite annoyed by the fact that, sometimes when I came back from work to take my clothes out of dry, they were still unwashed.
