I would like to introduce myself as one of your most loyal customers. My name is Safeena Lakdawala and have been using your products for over a decade. I am a professional photographer and am mainly involved with new born baby photoshoots. I have always had an excellent experience with your superior products, as well as prompt after sales service.
However, the last two weeks have been extremely disappointing. I had purchased the highly recommended A76 Hi-Pro 2021 professional camera on the 2nd of February 2021. When I first used the camera, I noticed that it distorted closeup images and there was a defect in its optical zoom. I immediately returned it back to the dealer for repairs. I was assured that I would receive a new or repaired camera within the week. After numerous phone calls and personal visits to the store, I am still to receive my camera. I have been unable to use it for the important photoshoot as planned and even if I get it back now, it is of no use to me.
I am unwilling to wait indefinitely for the camera and request you to issue an immediate refund. I will be visiting the store on the 21st of February 2021 and I expect that the refund will have been processed by then.
