Dear Sir/ Madam, My name is Penny D. Today I am writing this letter in regard to a short demonstration of my work that I want to conduct at your schools. I am a web developer and working for Acme pty. ltd. As the name suggests I design and develop websites for companies, especially e- commerce websites. I believe that my practical knowledge about computers and web would aid students to comprehend exact work challenges and requirements. As a result, they would become more provident and competent in this fast-paced era. As I have been asked by my manager to disseminate my work experiences among pupils, I felt really keen on doing so because by sharing my skills I would eventually help the youth to understand different aspects of work environment. In this session, I will talk about the computer and the broad job spectrum rendered by this field. These apart, I will give a short speech on web technology; and it’s advantages and disadvantages so that students could come to know both pros and cons of Information technology. In order to deliver this brief message, I have prepared a power point presentation to engage the interest of my audience; and to show this presentation I will need a projector and computer system. I believe that this will raise your interest as the students of your school will acquire information technology skills which may help them in their future job prospects.
