Dear Sir, The purpose to this letter is to make a request to grant me leave. I can explain the reasin behind this, last night on 3th march when I was going to home from office, my car meet with an accident badly due to that my left leg got fractured but luckly it was not a major one but need rest. I was taken to the hospital where doctors told me not to move my leg for atlest 15 days. Moreover, my back is also affected due to this. Hence, I request you to gave me off from work for 15 days, consequently I get well soon early to join again. If I will take care properly may be less time require to overcome from this problem. It is not going to affect my work as I can manage that from home also because most of the work can be done online. Company's work and progress will not be affect due to this.
