Dear Mr. Smith, I am writing to apologize that I am no able to take the course furthermore. I understand it is not a good approach, nevertheless, I have to make such decision. As you know, other than a part-time student, I am a full-time worker. Normally many people work them as parallel and I though I can. However, because of the Covid-19, many people lost their job in my company. I am the rest of people who survive. As there were many people left, much job have been passed to me. They cannot be finished desipte I was working overtime. It has been being a hard time. Unfortunately, my company is willing to have a second round lay off. I do not want to be one of them. Therefore I am going to continue the overtime working for the comming next few month. As a result, I will not have time to continue my study and I would like to pause my current study. It is great if I can defer my student but I think it is too urgent that the school will not accept. Once again, I feel sorry about the leaving decision.
