On a recent holiday you lost a valuable item. Fortunately you have travel insurance to cover the cost of anything lost. Write a letter to the manager of your insurance company. In your letter: • Describe the item you lost • Explain how you lost it • Tell the insurance company what you would like them to do

Dear Mr. Smith, My name is Islam Khalilov and I am one of your permanent customers purchasing travel insurances from your company for last 5 years. I am writing to you to advise about the unfortunate situation that happened to me during my recent holiday. On my trip to South Italy I lost my silver colored wrist watch from the Michael Kors with dark blue tone. This belonging was a gift from my wife for my birthday and as such had the ILA letters engraved behind its corpse which are the first letters of my, my wife’s and my daughter’s names. I struggle to remember the exact place where I lost it, however I realized the loss after I got off from the city sightseeing train. I searched the train with kind assistance of the driver/machinist, but without any success. Notwithstanding that, I remember having my watch on my wrist while onboarding the train, hence I presume it might get somehow unfastened and dropped to street while the train was on move. My kind request is to compensate the cost of the watch as this falls under my insurance coverage. I attach the copies of invoice bill and my travel insurance policy for your references. Looking forward to your instructions regarding next steps. Yours sincerely, Islam Khalilov
