Dear Mr. Smith, My name is Islam Khalilov and I am one of your permanent customers purchasing travel insurances from your company for last 5 years. I am writing to you to advise about the unfortunate situation that happened to me during my recent holiday. On my trip to South Italy I lost my silver colored wrist watch from the Michael Kors with dark blue tone. This belonging was a gift from my wife for my birthday and as such had the ILA letters engraved behind its corpse which are the first letters of my, my wife’s and my daughter’s names. I struggle to remember the exact place where I lost it, however I realized the loss after I got off from the city sightseeing train.
