You have a full-time job and you are also doing a part-time evening course. You now find that you cannot continue the course. Write a letter to your teachers. In your letter describe the situation explain why you cannot continue at this time say what action you would like to take

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this letter regarding the course that I am pursuing currently at your center. Unfortunately, I am unable to make it to the end due to some issues. Let me explain more. I am working as a full-time tutor from 8am to 4pm in High School. After leaving the school, I must reach the center for my Computer course. So, it is quite hard for me to run both things together. I wake up early in the morning and I feel tired after finishing the school. As I cook meal for myself and then, I have to make tests and look for the stuff that I am going to teach students on next day. All these daily tasks are not letting me to concentrate on my course. I know that according to your policies, you do not do fee refund. If you would take this into consideration, what I can do is to rejoin the course when I will be on vacation from school.
