Dear Mr Doe I am Sam Chan, one of the student in your evening course. I am writing to request for deferring the evening course. In a normal case, I used to be able to work my full-time job completely together with a part-time evening course. However, due to the epidemic, many companies need to lay off people in order to keep the company alive. My company is one of them.
