Dear sir or madam,
I am a student in German A1 evening batch. I would like to bring to your kind attention that due to some unfortunate circumstances I won't be able to continue in the same batch. I would like to dicuss a possible way to delay my course completion date by 2 months.
I am a full-time working professional, and recently I have been communicated that I will be travelling to Germany for a duration of 2 months. In the light of recent events, it would be difficult for me to continue with the part-time course. To be honest, I was learning german as it was evident that I would travel to Germany in about a year for business purposes. But the opputunity arrived earlier than anticipated.
I am keen to complete this German level. Unfortunately, it might be deplayed at the moment. Is it possible to continue the same level in a different batch post my return? I gaurantee that I would sharpen my skills in the meantime.
Kindly let me know about the process to handle such special circumstances. Looking forward to your reply.
Yours faithfully,
Angella
