I am writing to complaint about a mobile phone which I bought from your website via online order. But, when I received it and unbox it, I feel disappointed because it was defective phone. First of all, let me tell you about myself, my name is John Lee and I am a banker by profession. I live in London which is the capital city of United Kingdom. When I ordered for this cell phone, I have been told about unique features of it in detail. After open the box, when I try to power on it the phone was not starting. Moreover, there was a white dot on screen as well as color was damaged from back side of this cell. This was a very challenging situation for me because of this damaged devise. I would like that company should take quick action on it. It is a responsibility of a company to bring back this phone and give me new one, otherwise, I would like to have my money back.
