Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Batuhan who are an accountant of HRMN Company. We had a meeting at Caroline sunset hotel, also you organized our everything. I am writing this letter to you about the organization and a trouble. We would like to extend our operations in the North America and met our customers and partners in the hotel meeting room. On the other hand we had reservations for these people by you. Our visitors told us everything was great, but only one thing is absolutely poor. The waiters did not give us respect and they always yelled us. After that I apologized them, but most of them were absolutely sad. I would be extremely grateful if you could change the movements to your guests, because of we don’t want to realize them for the next meeting.
