DEAR SIR, I am writing this letter to call your kind attention towards transport service, which is causing a lot of inconvenience to the 'Bathinda' residents and to request you for taking some immediate actions to mitigate this problem as soon as possible. I am Inaayat and i am a native of 'Bathinda' city. It is to inform you that the major issue is lack of frequent bus service in our area due to which people have to wait for long to get bus. Thus, they reach late to their destinations which is annoying. Since, flyover nearby bus stand is under construction; consequently there is huge chaos in the traffic in front of the bus stand. Besides this, most of buses are not in good condition, passengers have to confront numerous problems because of torn seats and broken windows. To make this matter worse, majority of private buses stop on the road side, rather than going inside the bus stand; in fact drivers wait for long time to get their buses filled with passengers. As a consequence, other travelers encounter problem of traffic snarls. Not only are traffic lights working on the main road but also there is a dearth of ticket counters which creates problem to the travelers at bus stand which waste their great deal of time.
