Dear Manager, I am Himali Bhavsar, recently visited your restaurant. I am writing this letter to express my immense dissatisfaction regarding services which I had received. I heard a lot about your restaurant through social media as well as friends. One of the local radio channel has awarded your restaurant as the finest dine of the town. Therefore, I made a plan along with my family on Sunday. Initially, everything was smooth and food was as perfect as we expected. However, at last when we received a desert, I found a tiny hair in the plate. I was extremely furious and called your supervisor. Your supervisor was quite arrogant and he started doing cross questioning. His behaviour was the concerning area as I won’t prefer the restaurant where they don’t have basic etiquette of managing customer’s complain.
