Dear Editor,
I would like to share the experience of our family to a Japanese Restaurant we have eaten last week. The name of the food place is “Tempera” and it I located in Jupiter Streets, Makati. It is beside Lucky Mall and at the back of Win Hotel.
We have ordered Shoyu Ramen which the chef highly recommend. The blend of noodles and pork was superb. It was almost the same as the ramen we have tried in Japan in our visit last year. The gyoza was also worth to try as it perfectly match with the ramen in order to balance the taste.
Luckily we also met the owner during our visit and he advised that the restaurant open last month and he still consider their current operation as a soft opening. Full blast operation will start next month.
Considering the price of the food and the ambiance which gives the feeling that you are in Japan, I highly recommend the place to you and to your avid reader. I guarantee it is worth the try.
Yours Sincerely,
Mark Lester Marte
