Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing you about an advice about the cafeteria that you may consider in order to provide a better experience for your customers.
First of all, I am a regular. I eat from the variety of meals that the cafeteria offers five days a week. And I must say I am a big fan of how you manage the facility.
Without any doubt, the meals are healthy as well as the portions are well sized. Also, the seating of the cafeteria offers more natural light which I like the most about spending my lunch time there.
However, there is an issue I am highly concerned with. To me and some of my colleagues, the sound levels of the speakers above the seats are too loud. Thus, sometimes it gets very hard for people to hear what others are saying.
Especially for people over a certain age that already have problems with possible hearing losses.
In order to check If the sound levels in the cafeteria you can simply use a smartphone with proper free applications you can get from the app store. Then you can adjust the volume levels and set a maximum at least for the busy hours.
Yours faithfully,
Jack Black
