Dear Riya, I hope you are doing great. I am glad that you are coming to my country this weekend. I am looking forward to meet you. However, I am writting this letter to inform you that due to some unexpected office work, I will be coming bit late. Actually yesterday night, I got call from my manager and I have some urgent meeting scheduled on your arrival day. I tried to avoid it but as I am primary member of team I have to be present there. You have to wait for me for an hour only. I will be coming as early as possible. I would suggest till that time you may take your baggage and either have some coffee or snacks. There is great bookshop at the airport so you can spend some time there as well. I will be wearing black trouser and white shirt. To make things easier I will be holding one white board with your name and will wait outside Terminal 4. In advance, I am apologising for the inconvinience. Hope to see you soon.
