Dear Sir / Madam I am Alay Desai, second year student in Masters of computer application course and a frequent user of our college’s cafeteria during lunch time. I am writing this letter to raise few concerns that I think could be some pointers that can improve our cafeteria. Firstly, I think we all can use some more banches and sitting area as it gets crowded during lunch time and people avoid the cafeteria because of that. Also, we can add some more staff during lunch time so that everyone can get a chance to buy food before our lunch break is over. Further, I can see people throwing waste all around the cafeteria which can be controlled by putting more signes to clean the benches and surrounding after use for others. Finally I would like to say that we all love to hangout in our cafeteria and it holds a special place in our hearts as it holds lots of golden memories. But recently it is loosing its charm due to poor quality and lack of services. Hence I hope we can have some changes in our cafeteria to bring it back to life. Yours Faithfully Alay Desai
