Dear Sir/Madam, I am a city dweller who lives at No 8, Tran Dai Nghia street, Tam Binh district, Vinh Long province. I am writing to draw your attention about violations of epidemic prevention and control Covid-19 in my neighborhood. First, I see there are unnecessary gatherings in public places with large amount. People have small talk together but very long, do exercise in large groups, especially someone drink alcohol and beer in the park. Moreover, they do not wear masks and keep the minimium distance 2m. It’s one of the violation of public behavior. Covid-19 pandemic and its danger is horrible. In the world, the infection of this deadly virus is spreading at the higher and higher speed. So if we don’t obey the rules, we will have the high risk of infect it and it’s very awful. I strongly demand that we must increase the work of propagation and education for improving people’s awareness of the pandemic danger. Using radio announcement, panels, affiches, banderoles or social networks is a good idea. Beside that, we must apply dear administrative fines and organize frequent patrol and inspection trips.
