Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this letter to express my utter dissatisfaction with the one-day course which I have attended at your college last Tuesday. The course was organised by Computer Science and Engineering Department for those who were interested to learn Data Analysis with R programming. The said course did not meet the expectations of the participants due to three major drawbacks. Firstly, the course started thirty minutes after the schedule which was also not compensated as promised by the coordinator in the beginning. Secondly the laptop provided in the the laboratory was not compatible with the required software. Hence the participants kept on struggling during the hands on training session. Lastly the participation certificate still not distributed even after the one week of completion of the course. I think it would be better if you update your laptop before start of the new batch.
