Dear Sir/Madam, I am Manasa and I have been living in your apartment from past 7 months which is located opposite to café coffee day, flat no: 5, Ferry road. If you remember three months ago, we had a coffee together in our house and you appreciated me for keeping your flat clean and neat. As per our rental agreement, I had signed a contract for 1 year i. e. , from June 2020 to May 2021. However, un-fortunately I have to break this contract and feeling regret to do so. I don’t have any other option to get away from it. I am working in an IT company; my boss has ordered me to move to Germany office within a month time. I have requested him so much to postpone this until May, as I can move before renewing our contract. But he did not agree to my request and I have stick to his order to not to lose my job.
