I wanted to let you know that my company will be conducting its annual conference in your town. The conference will be held at Prestige Hotel, it is a full day event, starting at 7: 30 in the morning till 6 in the evening. I would like to ask if I can stay at your place? The gotel accommodation is expensive and the company does not include it in the budget. I would pay for my stay at your home and do some household chores for you not to worry about the mess I have done while staying at your place.
