Dear sir, I am writing this letter to complain about the bad service experienced by me and my family at your restaurant yesterday. My cousin had arranged the party for all of us for successful completion of his project which was of great importance for his future career prospect. When we reached to your hotel we were kept waiting for more than half an hour from given time although we had booked the table well in advance. Moreover, when we finally got the table some of the food from the menu was not available due to heavy rush of customers. Again one of the waiter had his finger in the glass filled with water and when we requested him to change he was very rude in behavior. Lastly, the food was not up to the mark as claimed by you. It seemed that vegetables used were little bit stale and cheese was also not good in the taste. I am really disappointed with the incident and would advice you to train your staff on how to handle booking and also keep more quality check so that people may not have to face any medical issue.
