Dear sir or madam, I am writing to you because my plans about the renting of the apartment have just changed. The thing is that I applied for a job and have just received a job offer in this company which is located in another city. Thus, I will not have the possibility to commute to the new office from this apartment because it is far from there. Unfortunately, I have to leave this place despite all the facilities it provides. As soon as I return I will ask you to find me an appropriate apartment but it could happen no sooner than a new year comes.
