Dear Alice, To begin with, I am an alumnus of bluegill university. Moreover, I conduct interviews with prospective students as part of management. I am aware that you are registered entrant and you have been assigned to me. Therefore, I will be conducting the interview. This letter would help you understand the evaluation process for admission. Since, our university is one of the top colleges in our country, Alumni interview would be structured. Request you to prepare on topics like personal, education and work experience including your project. I would also like to inform that this will be a Face-to face interview. We would want to know our students personally thereupon, we do not encourage online interviews. If there are any unforeseen situations you can choose to cancel this interview. Request you to let me know on before-hand. Next week, I will be available in the afternoon at the campus. If time permits, can we have the interview on March 12, afternoon at the admission office? Or please let me know your convenient time. Looking forward to hearing from you, Yours Sincerely, Nancy
