Dear Sir I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction about a recent meal that i had at your restaurant, yesterday. To explain it in detail, I want to tell you that I am working in a nearby organisation from your restaurant and our organisation always fix meetings at your restaurant. Yesterday, i came there with my team to attend a meeting and we placed the order before our meeting. But they provide our order almost 30 minutes late after that meeting.
