Dear sir, I am currently studying a part-time course Business Communications at your institute. I have started this course in the month of September. The reason why I had enrolled in this course was that being a Management graduate I wanted to enhance my Business Communication skills. I am currently working as an Assistant Sales Manager. My job requires me to travel extensively and with the erratic timings, I have not been able to get the time to attend the classes plus do the required assignments. I tried very hard to manage my job but was not able to. It affected both my health and my job. As I have paid the fees in full, I would like to request if I could start this course at a later date. Kindly let me know what will be the procedure for this to happen. If there is any other option that you have in mind I would love to know your suggestion. Looking forward to your cooperation.
