Dear Sir I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction about the poor service provided by your company. In fact, I expected a better service from a company of your reputation but it was not what I waited. On the 23 rd of June I visited one of your local stores in order to buy a mobile phone for my sister. Looking around the shop I encountered expected item and I asked a shop assistant about it. After getting all information I decided to purchase it. A week later my sister made a call and said about the problems of the item. When she used the phone for the first time it worked properly and the fu nctions came out clearly and perfectly. However when he utilized it the second time there seemed to have been malfunction while it was working. The sound of the speaker was poor and there was a bad connection with the other side. Furthermore, when she tried another functions the same thing happened. In addition to this the phone did not connect with the internet. I would be grateful if you could change the item. If you could, please make a call to my phone number which I wrote to your registration book. I look forward to having a relay of my complaint. Your faithfully Miss Donna
