Last night, I and my family went to your restaurant as my friend recommeded it and celebrate my birthday party. We ordered three portions shashlik and chilly chicken. However, the food was served late and food was cold, awful. Despite this when I inquired about it to the waitrer, he was rude and dud not bother to listen. Furthermore, I feel the price of the items on the menu is a bit expensive compared to the quantity being served. I hope you can emphasize with my situation and will take the necessary actions.
