Dear neighbors, I am Chadi Fakhry, the new owner of the second floor in Sunrise building. I have recently received your complaint letter regarding the noise coming out of my flat. This noise is due to some renovation that must be done inside before my family move in. The apartment has leakage problems on top of some broken tiles. Using restrooms as they are is almost impossible, Moisture is always there and water is penetrating under the tiles toward the main concrete of the building thus, potential rusting for the iron of the building's backbone. I really apologize for the noise coming out due to the exerted work, I fully understand your complaint. I promise to finish the work as fast as possible and I will shorten the work time to be between Ten AM and Four PM. The work will not last for more than 3 days.
