Dear Pravallika, Recently, I had purchased the Sony Sound Bar system. Due to technical glitch in the system, the functional mechanism of music had gone wrong and produced a lot of disturbance in the surroundings area. Unfortunately this created disturbance in the neighboring flats. I am really sorry for the inconvenience and trouble caused to you by my sound system. Actually, the Sony music system was ranked number one on the websites which in turn gave me signs to purchase the product but I personally don't advice to purchase as my system produced noise pollution in the vicinity areas. I am actually returning back the music system to the company so that the technicians can take care to not produce this problem again.
