Dear Mr. Leo, Greetings of the day. I am writing this letter to request you for the reconsideration of your decision about the closure of cafeteria at our work place. As you know that, we were using our cafeteria until last year very effectively during our breaktime. This was our stress relieving area for all of our employees during our office hours. But due to the changeover of contractor from last year, the quality of food got degraded and the behavior of staff also was not good. Due to this most of our employees, including me, was not going to the cafeteria for a long time. Now a days none of our team is not opting to go there and all of us are going to other coffee shop which is near to our office. One of my suggestion is to change the existing contractor and give the opportunity to the previous team. If the old team is taking over the cafeteria, I am sure that, we all will opt to go the cafeteria inside our office only. So, I request you to reconsider the decision of closing.
