Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this letter to enquire about the facilities available at the local conference center in our offices. I will be providing specialised training for our staff in groups of 10 people per session. The training course is 3 hours long and will include presentations as well as, hands on demonstrations. I would also look at the possibility of live broadcast of the training for interested people at remote locations. I will be scheduling timed breaks for the candidates to have a snack or use the restrooms. I would like to enquire about the facilities available for my use in the conference center. At a minimum I would require a room to accommodate seating for 10 people. A large screen or projector to allow display of presentations and a laser pointer. A table of 2m x 1m to be used for demostration of the product. The training will also be broadcast live and will require an internet connection to allow streaming of audio/video. I will bring my own camera, however, please do let me know if a camera and streaming facility is already available in the Conference center.
