One of the main problem is in the script, which is not well written nowadays. In addition, the material is totally out of context, do not corelate with the audiance. Repeat telecast is another major issue that need to be addressed urgently. I would like to suggest you to hire completely fresh talent with new ideas and energy. It could be writers, directors or artists. I would also like you to on air programs for every age from children to elderly people, so that everyone can enjoy.
