Write a letter to the lost property department at the taxi company. Advice them of the circumstances in which you lost your bag, provide details about the bag and its contents and complain about their lack of help in this matter.

Dear Mr Smith I am writining to complain about my bag which is lost in your company taxi. I was in sydney last weekend for participating to a conference. When finished in sunday evening I went to Sydny airport for departure by taxi no 234789, while i was in hurry for the flight, I had accidently left one of my bag in the taxi. The bag is black colour backpack which carries the gifts to my family, cloths, and copy of my research paper that I presented in the conference. I placed it in the backseat of the taxi and you can easily identify it from my tag. The bag is very valubal to me due to the fact that, if some one stole my research paper, it would be a setback for my academic carrier. I called the lost property department of your organisation, but they did not give me a satisfactory answer, perhaps they were not willing cooperate with me to solve the issue. Insted of locating the taxi and it’s driver they were repeatedly asking me about my billing informations. I hope you would assist me to recover my bag at your earliest convenience.
