dear sirI am writing this letter regarding the incessant noise that comes from the new canteen that has recently open near my university residence. although I am delighted that we have this facility that offers tremendous benefits to students, the restaurant remain open up to midnight and as a result there is considerable talking, shouting, music and the loud sound of motorbikes continuing until 12: 30 each night. the main problem me and neighbor is at that time we have sleeping hours, students have to complete their assignments and project work which hinder everybody's routine. moreover, due to loud noise elders and children are also big sufferers of this condition. for this condition, i want you to take some initiations so that everybody can survive in collaborative environment. I want to suggest that the restaurant hours should be 10 am to 10 pm. I also propose that we put up some signs reminding to considerate and keep their noise to absolute to minimum.
