Dear Madam, I'm writing to formally request your help in dealing with an issue that has been going on with my next-door nighbor. He was extremely loud and entertained residents from 8 p. m till 3 a. m. He invited his pals to his house at night and threw a party that lasted till daybreak. I could also hear screams, arguments, and loud foot pounding. Because of the noise, I was unable to sleep comfortably for two night straight, and hence, my study was far more stressful than it needed to be. Furthermore, I am studying for my exams and found it quite difficult to focus with all of the noise. I cannot be able myself at home anymore. Despite my repeated complaint, he did not seem to be listening and continued to be the nuisance with his way of life. Therefore, I would suggest that you speak to him as a chairman of the residential committee to ensure that other people are not similarly inconvenienced.
