Dear Mrs. Smith, I write this letter with reference to your french class attended by my teenage son Rohan. I would like to know if it would be possible for you to give him a helping hand with his second language. Firstly, I would like to inform you that my son is taking swimming lessons under coach Mr Danny so that he could prepare for the coming state-level championship. Due to this, Rohan is finding it little difficult to catch up with his school curriculum, especially his French. Being completely new to this language he needs to put extra effort to understand the grammar as well as the pronunciation which unfortunately he is struggling with. I have heard a lot about you from my son and would be grateful if you could give me a brief introduction about yourself. For eg. Your years of experience in French, and the various learning strategies you use especially if there are any fun activities that you make use of in the class that will aid the children in grasping the language Also, we would really appreciate it if you could take extra lessons for Rohan on Wednesdays & Fridays from 5: 30 PM-7: 00 PM so that it will help Rohan to master the language.
