Dear Sir Bobby, I am writing this letter to present to you a small problems in your hotel. I think I have forgotten my some important papers in the hotel on Monday of this week. it is my fault but I need your help in this situation. Maybe, I forgot it in the meeting room after I had finished the conference. I think I left them at the table with the number 20 on it. I tried to find it many times and places I think I left them but up to now I have still not found them. With you, it is some normal papers as other normal paper you see but it is so important to me. They are the contract of my company, the documents and data I spent one month to collect from many resouses for this conference. The data and document I can find it again but I can not tell to my manager I lost the company’s contract. I will lost my job. I hope you can ask your staffs who cleaned the room to check again for me. If they gave it to front office department you can check it for me. I expect to see the good information from you.
